The Outreach Team works to strategically grow the organization necessary to BUILD THE RANCH and serve at-risk teens in North Texas!
Activities:
- Identify and recommend strategies to grow the organization
- Help connect a volunteer's talent/interest to the organization's need
- Promote the needs and events of the organization
- Network and connect to engage potential supporters
- Provide feedback on growth strategies
