Overview
Empower 7’s primary goal is to build a safe, serene residential community where vulnerable youth may transform themselves into purposeful adults. This place is lovingly referred to as “The Empower 7 Ranch” or simply “The Ranch.” The Ranch will include cottage group homes, common areas for educational, recreational, and social activities, and structures for farming and ranching.
Ranch Development & Services involves the activities associated with building and sustaining The Ranch.
