Overview
Empower 7's Prayer Shield is a team of prayer warriors focused in strategic prayer on the ministry.
What We Do
The Prayer Shield prays for specific needs provided by the President. Generally, they pray for provision and the leadership, direction, and operations of the ministry. They pray for the teens that we serve now and the teens that will one day live at The Ranch.
Activities include:
- Understanding the prayer needs of the ministry
- Praying - individually and in small groups - and hearing God's voice
- Recognizing the real enemy (Ephesians 6:12)
- Speaking life-giving words (Proverbs 18:21) and rebuking life-stealing words/thoughts (2 Corinthians 10:5)
