The Guest Experience volunteer team is a critical part of the Deep in the Heart Committee that is planning and hosting our event on September 27, 2025. The primary focus of the Guest Experience volunteer team is ensuring our guests experience a night to remember, so they return year after year. The Guest Experience volunteer team will be responsible for creating the ambiance for this event. From the moment the guest arrives, participates in the auction, and enjoys dinner and entertainment, this volunteer team will shine in having organized and prepared all the details of a memorable evening.
Activities involve planning the "experience", event schedule, menu, decor, and entertainment, greeting guests, and other hospitality activities needed to make sure the night is FUN, BEAUTIFUL, and makes a lasting impression!
We match volunteers to a committee area/task based on ability, interests, and availability. After you sign-up, the Guest Experience Chair will connect with you to determine the best way to use your gifts!
