Do you have a heart to make a difference? Join the Deep in the Heart planning team and help create an evening that brings our community together in support of youth in need.

More than a dinner and fundraiser, Deep in the Heart is an opportunity to grow the mission, connect volunteers and donors, and create an experience guests will remember long after the night ends.

As part of the committee, you’ll help shape the HEART of the event—ensuring every detail contributes to a welcoming, meaningful, and memorable experience.

From the moment guests arrive to the final goodbye, every detail matters.

What You’ll Do

Opportunities may include planning and supporting elements such as:

Guest experience and hospitality Event flow, schedule, and coordination Décor, ambiance, and environment Auction and donor engagement Food, entertainment, and overall experience

Every role contributes to creating a night that is fun, beautiful, and impactful.

How It Works

We’ll match you to an area based on your interests, strengths, and availability. Once you sign up, a team lead will connect with you to help you find the best fit. 

Opportunities may include both in-person and remote ways to serve, depending on your role and availability.
